Job summary

Circet UK is recruiting a Service Delivery Technician to join our Hamilton team. The role involves organising and delivering fibre installation and repair work, often outdoors, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will survey, install, test, troubleshoot, and liaise with residents and clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism. The position requires a clean UK driving licence, DBS check, and the ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work (outdoor, weather, climb up to 15m)
• Full clean UK manual driving licence
• Basic DBS check
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Full right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions with possible adverse weather
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties
• Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety and provide risk assessments
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks proactively
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain relationships
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
