Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Batley, WF17. The role involves organising schedules for fibre installations and repairs, working outdoors in demanding conditions, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence, be physically fit for outdoor work, and possess strong communication skills. Telecoms experience is a plus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding fieldwork including climbing up to 15 m.
• UK manual driving licence (full)
• Basic DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule to complete Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions and variable weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties.
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks, ensuring safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and proactively address field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.
