Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Nottingham team. The role focuses on outside telecoms work including fibre installations, repairs and surveys, with responsibilities spanning site inspections, testing and customer-facing service delivery.

You will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, requiring a clean UK driving licence and DBS check, and you will travel as needed to meet project goals while maintaining Circet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work (weather, lifting, climbing).
• Basic DBS check and full UK manual driving licence required.
• Strong customer-facing communication and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations.
• Perform full Fibre installations with surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, assess infrastructure, and provide risk assessments.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to improving performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
