Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for Ilford. You will coordinate daily Fibre installation work, perform surveys, tests and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality standards on site. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding tasks with some travel.

We value telecoms exposure or willingness to learn, a full UK driving licence, and robust customer‑facing skills. You will join a team focused on delivering reliable infrastructure for clients while maintaining Circet

Qualifications

Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all levels.
Good understanding of health & safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs.
Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks, ensuring safety compliance.
Engage with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders professionally.
Collaborate in meetings to improve performance and customer experience.
Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks proactively.
Address client and customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Support management with flexible tasks as needed.
