Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join the Newcastle upon Tyne team. This role involves outdoor fibre installations, surveys, testing, and troubleshooting, with a focus on safety and high-quality customer service.

You will work on-site with a 40-hour week, including occasional Saturdays, and may travel as required. The position requires a full UK driving licence and a DBS check, with training provided for telecoms experience.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work (incl. working outdoors)
• Full clean UK manual driving licence required
• Basic DBS check required
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided
• Good understanding of health and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and stakeholders
• Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety
• Attend team meetings and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and manage field risks
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs
