Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for the Barnsley (S70) area. The role involves organizing daily schedules for Fibre installations and repairs, performing outdoor, physically demanding work, and delivering high-quality customer service to residents and clients.

You will conduct surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards. The role includes site inspections, teamwork, and contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining

Qualificações

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather
• Valid UK driving licence with clean record
• DBS background check is standard
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels
• Telecoms experience is a plus with training provided
• Good health and safety practices
• Right to work in the UK is required

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in various weather conditions
• Maintain high levels of customer service during interactions with residents and stakeholders
• Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety compliance
• Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve performance
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Take on additional tasks as directed by management
