Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician in Kirkcaldy to join our field team. You will organise schedules for Fibre installations and repairs, survey sites, test connections, and troubleshoot issues while upholding safety and service standards.

You must have a full UK driving licence and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training is provided with strong career development opportunities at Circet.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work incl. climbing to heights up to 15m, underground tasks and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role with variable weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full Fibre installations, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.
