Circet UK in Market Rasen (LN8) is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our field team. You will organise daily and weekly schedules for fibre installations and repairs, work outdoors in all weather, and deliver high standards of customer service while coordinating with residents, clients, and third parties.

The role involves surveying, installing, testing, and troubleshooting fibre networks, conducting site inspections, and providing risk assessments to ensure safety and regulatory

Qualificações

• Physically capable of demanding field work including climbing and lifting
• Full UK manual driving licence
• DBS check required
• Strong customer-facing communication
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in physically demanding role in variable weather
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients
• Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing, troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for safety compliance
• Participate in team meetings and drive performance improvements
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
