Job summary

Circet is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for our Blyth, NE24 team. You will organise field work schedules, perform Fibre installations and repairs, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service in outdoor environments. A clean UK driving licence, DBS check, and right to work in the UK are required.

Training is provided for telecoms exposure and you will travel as needed. The role involves surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, incl. climbing and heavy lifting
• Full clean UK manual driving licence
• Basic DBS check
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Full right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role under varying weather conditions
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety, ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback and collaborate to improve performance
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and identify potential risks
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
