Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician in Harrow to organise and execute Fibre installations and repairs. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, often in varying weather, while maintaining excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards.

The position requires a full UK manual driving licence, a DBS check, and the right to work in the UK. Training is provided for telecoms experience and the role includes occasional travel and Saturday work on a rotational

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work including climbing up to 15m and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely Fibre installations and repairs, aligned with client expectations.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions to complete installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions with residents, clients, and third parties.
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting to industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, evaluate infrastructure, and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback, and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and proactively address field risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain relationships.
