Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our Edinburgh team. You will organize daily and weekly fibre installations and repairs, coordinating with clients to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

The role is outdoor and physically demanding, with surveying, testing and troubleshooting of fibre networks, site inspections, safety compliance and occasional travel. A full UK driving licence, DBS check, and right to work in the UK are required; telecoms

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work, including climbing and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in telecoms preferred; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role under varying weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, infrastructure conditions and safety/compliance.
• Participate in team meetings to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to safety standards and proactively address risks in the field.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
