Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our Thornhill, DG3 team. The role focuses on organising fibre installation and repair work, performing on-site surveys, tests and troubleshooting to meet client expectations and safety standards.

You will work outdoors, in all weathers, with some travel and occasional Saturday work. A full UK driving licence, DBS check, and strong customer service skills are essential; telecoms experience is preferred, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installs and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role in various weather.
• Maintain high levels of professional customer service with residents and clients.
• Conduct full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform site inspections to assess feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet's safety standards and address potential risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.
