Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our Stranraer team. The role involves organising daily fibre installation and repair work, performing field surveys, testing, and fault-finding, and delivering professional service to residents and clients.

You will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, travel as required, hold a full UK driving licence, and adhere to safety standards while supporting continuous service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work, including climbs and heavy lifting in all weather.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good health and safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK

Responsabilités

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role in varying weather to complete installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full Fibre installations, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
