Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Preston team. The role involves organising daily schedules, performing fibre installations and repairs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Applicants should be physically capable, hold a full UK driving licence, and have good health and safety awareness. Telecoms experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Physical capability for demanding outdoor work, including climbing up to 15m and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check is required.
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule to install and repair fibre per client goals.
• Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting according to standards.
• Conduct site inspections, assess feasibility, and provide risk assessments for safety compliance.
• Engage with residents and clients to ensure professional, solution-focused service.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Travel may be required outside normal hours; remuneration may reflect irregular hours.
