Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join the Penrith team. The role involves organising schedules for fibre installations and repairs, performing on-site surveys, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

The position is based in Penrith (CA10) with requirement to work outdoors, one Saturday in four, and travel as needed. Full UK driving licence and DBS check are required or in process. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work, incl. climbing and heavy lifting.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Basic DBS check required or in place.
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.

Responsabilités

• Organise daily/weekly work schedules for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role, in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, conditions, and risk, ensuring safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet’s safety standards and address field risks proactively.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
