Job summary

Circet UK in Lewisham (SE13) is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to install and repair Fibre networks, manage daily schedules and ensure quality workmanship.

You will work outdoors, face a physically demanding environment, and interact with residents and clients while delivering professional, safe solutions. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required; telecoms experience is preferred and full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections and assess feasibility and safety for installations
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management
