Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to support fibre installations and repairs in Bromley (BR1). The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality service for residents and clients.

You will join a team focused on safety, customer excellence, and ongoing professional development, with a 40-hour week and occasional Saturdays. A driving licence and DBS check are required, and a valid right to work in the UK is

Qualifikationen

• Physically demanding role including climbing up to 15m and outdoor work
• Full clean UK manual driving licence
• Basic DBS check required
• Strong customer-facing communication skills across technical levels
• Full right to work in the UK

Aufgaben

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in challenging weather and physically demanding conditions
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and comply with safety standards
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and manage field risks
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
