Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Carlisle team. You will organise daily schedules, perform fibre installations and repairs, and ensure high standards of customer service.

The role involves outdoor work, climbing up to 15m, and liaising with residents and clients to deliver reliable service. The position requires a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and a proactive approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, including climbing up to 15m and lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
• Basic DBS check is required for the role.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills at all technical levels.
• Telecoms experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strict adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedules to ensure timely fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions to complete multiple installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with residents and clients.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.
