Job summary

Circet Aberdeen is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our field team. You will organise fibre installations and repairs outdoors, conduct surveys, testing and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role is 40 hours per week with one Saturday in four, involves travel, and requires a clean UK driving licence, basic DBS check, and good customer-facing communication. Circet offers a competitive salary, life assurance, 25 days annual leave, and development

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role under varying conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety, with risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client and customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
