Job summary

Auger invites applications for a Scheduler based at our head office in Wallasey. You will coordinate appointments for 160 nationwide engineers, ensuring the right skills and equipment are deployed promptly to resolve customer issues.

We offer a generous package: salary £24,784.50–£28,306.47 with a £2k–£2.5k annual bonus, 5.5% pension, 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, and 37.5 hours weekly. Training and career progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Scheduling, planning, dispatch or resource coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK postcodes and geography.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced administration and customer care.
• Willingness to work towards professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for 160 nationwide engineers.
• Ensure engineers with the right skills and equipment are sent to jobs.
• Balance workloads and look after engineers on the road to maintain productivity.
