Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Ceiling Track Hoist Engineer based in Aylesbury, UK. The role involves installations, removals, and repairs of equipment, along with joint surveys with Occupational Therapists. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, electronics, or engineering, alongside excellent communication skills and a full UK driving license. Offering a salary up to £34,000, Monday – Friday working hours, 25 days holiday, and company benefits including a pension scheme and life assurance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in carpentry, electronics or engineering is advantageous.
  • Qualification in carpentry, electronics, or engineering is a bonus.
  • Experience in a registered ISO9002 company or knowledge of quality standards is desirable.
  • Full, valid UK Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out installations and handover of community equipment to service users.
  • Responsible for removal and collection of hoists and stair lifts.
  • Conduct repairs when scheduled and arrange for product replacement if necessary.
  • Ensure van stock levels are maintained as specified.
  • Carry out joint visit surveys with Occupational Therapists.
