Barratt Redrow PLC in Watford is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide high-quality support to home buyers after completion. You will coordinate appointments, source materials, and resolve defects with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timely responses.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, visiting sites and offices as needed, bringing knowledge of building practices and strong communication to every interaction. A proactive mindset and professional approach are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in trades such as painting, decorating, carpentry or joinery is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills with a focus on quality.

Responsabilidades

• Attend customer appointments punctually and source materials as needed.
• Resolve defects quickly to a high standard with customer sign-off.
• Complete timesheets and paperwork for records.
• Inspect reported defects and provide full photographic reports.
• Submit mileage forms, SHE and invoices monthly.
• Flag repetitive defects to management for action.
