Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional secretarial/administration role.
• Previous experience in a demanding and fast paced customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures to prioritise safety.
• Deal with customer enquiries professionally and record in the IT system.
• Coordinate with sites, technicians and subcontractors to resolve defects under warranty.
• Provide administrative support and produce reports for internal meetings.
• Attend internal meetings representing the department and drive service improvements.
