Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a diligent Customer Care Administrator to support the Head of Customer Care in resolving issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The role requires strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle a variety of contacts (calls, emails, social channels) and ensure issues are recorded in the IT system, while supporting the department with reporting and ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional secretarial/administration role.
• Experience in a demanding and fast paced customer service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Customer Care in managing customer-related issues through to resolution.
• Handle calls, emails, online and social media professionally and log issues in the IT system.
• Coordinate with Site Management, Customer Care Technicians and subcontractors for timely remedial works.
• Provide administrative support including filing, reports, and action logs for internal meetings.
• Attend internal meetings and represent the department, promoting service improvements.
