Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Customer Care Office Manager in the United Kingdom. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care office, drive customer satisfaction and ensure issues are resolved promptly in line with BDW standards and KPIs.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will coordinate with Construction, Commercial, Technical and Sales teams, manage staff, and ensure comprehensive use of IT systems to capture defects and customer contacts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a customer care role within construction or house-building.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Care office team and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with SHE policies and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with Construction, Commercial, Technical and Sales teams.
• Maintain iCARE IT system records of defects and customer contacts.
• Provide management information to Head of Customer Care.
