Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at home, assess their options, and help manage arrears with empathy and practical solutions.

You will travel locally, collect payments, arrange repayment plans, and update client records in real time using an Orbit-supplied iPad. A flexible, 40-hour week with shifts includes 8am–8pm slots.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use a tablet to update records.
• Clear criminal record; no CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies in 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to resolve arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for regulated and non-regulated clients; reconnection visits.
• Accept payments; set up repayment plans; re-engage with client services.
• Educate customers on consequences of non-payment; document outcomes on iPad.

You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.Your key responsibilities:Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment optionsHandle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients.
