Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to work in Leicester. You will visit customers at their homes to discuss arrears, offer payment options, and set up repayment plans.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with a 40-hour week and flexible scheduling. Handle both regulated and non-regulated accounts, use an iPad to update outcomes in real time, and enjoy uncapped monthly bonuses up to £400 in addition to base pay and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently outdoors and visit customers' homes.
• Clean criminal record with no CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcies in last 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to resolve arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
• Accept payments and set up repayment plans.
• Educate customers on consequences of non-payment.
• Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.
