The position offers a £60,000 base (£30k basic + £30k top-up) with OTE potential well beyond, including quarterly incentives and a top-end earnings ceiling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B field-based development.
• Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling rather than transactional pitches.
• Professional demeanour with ability to manage a field-based schedule and travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Execution: Attend face-to-face appointments secured through your own network and self-generation of leads.
• Strategic Market Development: Pro-actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
• Pipeline Management: Rigorously manage and forecast a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quarterly growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build immediate rapport and long-term trust with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and Business Owners.
