Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to cover assigned UK regions. You will develop new business, manage end-to-end sales cycles, self-generate leads, run meetings, and close high-value deals in HR and Employment Law packages.

The role offers a £30,000 base with a £30,000 top-up plus uncapped commission, an order for premium company car or £5,000 allowance, substantial bonus potential and fast-track progression. Expect high earnings and ongoing incentives.

Responsibilities

• Perform full sales cycle: prospect, meet, present, negotiate and close deals.
• Self-generate leads and build your own pipeline across your region.
• Travel to client sites and conduct in-person meetings.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and secure contract renewals.
