Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to grow our Continence Care portfolio within NHS accounts in the UK. You will identify unmet needs, navigate NHS environments and convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

Responsibilities include developing territory growth plans, building relationships with decision-makers, expanding the sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate CRM data while collaborating across functions to speed

Qualifications

• Proven field-based NHS sales experience and track record of new business wins.
• Ability to develop territory growth plans and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with clinicians and procurement teams.
• Experience using CRM systems and accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Generate demand through prospecting, networking and purposeful customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to achieve objectives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers' clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to accelerate customer adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
