Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to cover Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Yorkshire. You will identify new NHS opportunities and win new business through consultative, value-based selling.

Joining a cross-functional commercial team, you will develop territory plans, manage a robust pipeline and deliver solutions that create value for patients and healthcare systems. Field-based role with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Proven record of field-based NHS sales success.
• Experience building, managing and converting a sales pipeline.
• Confident in influencing multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
