Job summary

RES Limited in East England is seeking a field-based Technical Sales Engineer to drive technical sales of heat pump systems. You will conduct site surveys, design compliant systems, and produce quotations for installers and homeowners while maintaining CRM records.

You will also oversee MCS-compliant installations as the Nominated Technical Supervisor and provide remote technical support, building strong relationships with installers across the region and ensuring project handovers are smooth.

Qualifications

• Site surveys and quotations for installations with installers and homeowners.
• Produce heat loss calculations and system designs using company tools.
• Ensure subcontracted installs comply with MCS and Building Regulations.
• Provide remote technical support and maintain installer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site surveys and agree specifications.
• Produce room-by-room heat loss calculations and quotations.
• Act as Nominated Technical Supervisor for MCS projects.
• Provide phone-based and remote technical support.
