RES Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for field-based work across East England. You will conduct technical site surveys, agree specifications with installers and homeowners, and produce on-site quotations.

You will also commission Air Source Heat Pump systems, complete handovers, and resolve technical issues on remedial visits. You will design room-by-room heat loss calculations and system designs using company tools, compiling proposals and quotations for the sales team, and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• LCL/BPEC Heat Pump Design & Installation certification.
• Knowledge of MCS standards, Building Regulations, WRAS compliance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct technical site surveys and agree system specifications with installers/homeowners; produce on-site quotations and commission heat pump systems.
• Produce room-by-room heat loss calculations and system designs using company tools; prepare technical proposals and quotations; maintain CRM records.
• Act as Nominated Technical Supervisor for regional MCS projects ensuring subcontracted installations meet standards.
• Provide phone-based and remote technical support; maintain relationships with installers and act as technical contact.
