Job summary

Haven is seeking an experienced F&B Operational Support Manager for the South on a fixed-term contract ending May 2027. Field based with regular travel to parks and the office.

You will partner with park teams to drive F&B strategy, coach leaders, and ensure safe, profitable operations while upholding brand standards. You will champion guest experience, share best practices, and use data to identify improvements, supported by a comprehensive package including a bonus and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven F&B leadership experience on Haven parks.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for leadership teams.
• Sharp numeracy with P&L awareness and margin focus.
• Calm, balanced leadership managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Essential: Level 3 Food Safety, Word/Excel/Adobe proficiency and Franchise systems certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with park F&B leadership to deliver the F&B strategy with clear communication and coaching.
• Drive performance by identifying revenue growth and guest advocacy opportunities while upholding brand standards.
• Champion safety and standards as the technical expert with risk guidance.
• Share best practice and use data to identify opportunities and provide targeted training.
• Collaborate with Capital Development, Audit, Compliance, and Franchise partners for smooth launches.
