Job summary

Haven is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operational Support Manager to support our Southern parks on a fixed-term basis. You will partner with park teams to deliver the F&B strategy, coach leaders, and uphold brand standards while driving guest delight.

This role involves data-driven improvements, safety leadership, and cross-team collaboration across operations and franchises. The position is field-based with regular travel to parks and the office, and offers an annual salary plus

Qualifications

• Proven F&B leadership experience on Haven parks with broad understanding of park structure.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop teams.
• Sharp numeracy with Margin Management and P&L knowledge.
• Essential qualifications include Level 3 Food Safety and franchise systems certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with park F&B leadership to deliver the F&B strategy with clear communication and coaching.
• Drive performance by finding ways to grow revenue and guest advocacy while maintaining brand standards.
• Champion safety and standards as the technical expert on brand execution and risk guidance.
• Share best practices and use data to identify opportunities and support training.
• Collaborate across teams for capital development, audits, compliance, and franchise partners.
