Qualifikationen
- Proven experience leading F&B development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Aufgaben
- Own and lead the F&B development strategy and annual plans.
- Lead technical menu builds, allergen compliance, safety standards, pricing strategy.
- Partner with parks and cross‑functional teams to optimise value and guest experience.
- Drive insight-led performance using data and trends to shape NPD.
- Develop teams, SOPs and ensure high-quality execution.
