Haven is seeking an experienced F&B Operational Support Manager for the South on a fixed-term contract ending May 2027. Field based with regular travel to parks and the office.
You will partner with park teams to drive F&B strategy, coach leaders, and ensure safe, profitable operations while upholding brand standards. We're looking for an experienced Haven F&B leader to join our Central Operations team on a fixed-term contract as an F&B Operational Support Manager, supporting our Southern parks. This is your chance to step into a visible, high-impact role where you'll partner with park teams across Haven to drive excellence, innovation, and guest delight. You'll be the go-to expert supporting our Heads of F&B and park leaders, helping them execute our F&B strategy brilliantly whilst championing our brands, safeguarding safety, and delivering real business results.
