Job summary

Haven is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operational Support Manager for the Southern parks on a fixed-term contract to end of May 2027. The role is field-based with regular travel to parks and the office, offering an annual salary plus bonus, car allowance and benefits.

You will support Heads of F&B and park leaders, driving the F&B strategy, improving guest experience, and ensuring safety and brand integrity across sites.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety required.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/Adobe.
• Comprehensive P&L knowledge.
• Franchise systems certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with park F&B leadership to deliver the F&B strategy with clear communication, analysis and coaching.
• Drive revenue growth and guest advocacy while maintaining brand standards.
• Champion safety and brand standards through risk guidance and flawless execution.
• Share best practices and use data to identify opportunities for training and improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth launches and handovers.
