Job summary

Haven is seeking a strategic Head of Food & Beverage Operations to act as Deputy to the F&B Director, with field-based responsibilities across our 38 seaside parks and Hemel Hempstead HQ. You will lead a team of managers, shape the F&B strategy, and drive performance against the Balanced Scorecard while partnering with franchise teams.

The role requires senior leadership across QSR, fast casual and casual dining models, with strong communication to the Board and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Must have senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong P&L and margin management capabilities.
• Proven ability to present to Boards and executive audiences.
• Experience across multi-site F&B operations and franchise models.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the F&B Director and represent F&B at senior forums.
• Lead cross-park planning, SOPs, and safe operating systems.
• Drive operational excellence, reporting and franchise growth.
• Coach and develop F&B managers and build strong partnerships.
