Job summary

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to lead field-based service delivery across Maidstone, Kent and surrounding areas. You will oversee site teams, drive client satisfaction and ensure safety compliance across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective relationship management and the ability to travel between client sites in the UK. A strong emphasis on quality, training and operational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to complete within the first 3 months.
• Excellent communication skills.
• IT literate and able to use IT systems.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, organized and autonomous.
• Self-motivated, confident with a flexible “can do” attitude.
• Strong client focus with proven service delivery.
• Team player who can motivate others.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction in line with KPIs.
• Manage relationships with local clients.
• Conduct audits and ensure cleaning standards meet specifications.
• Line management, inductions and training of frontline operatives.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts with site visits and training.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across all sites.
• Keep accurate records of visits and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers and Account Managers to ensure smooth operations.
