Job summary

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee field operations across Central London sites and surrounding areas. The role requires regular travel to client sites within the UK and entails managing frontline teams, audits, and health & safety compliance.

You will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleaning services, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting mobilisation of new contracts through site visits and inductions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar area supervisor role.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to complete within 3 months.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy are essential.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel UK.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with clients at local level.
• Conduct regular audits and resolve issues to meet KPIs.
• Line management, inductions and training of frontline operatives.
• Support mobilisations of new contracts with site visits and inductions.
• Oversee health & safety compliance across sites.
