Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly fibre installations/repairs to meet client expectations.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in varied weather.
• Maintain high customer service standards with residents and clients.
• Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing and troubleshooting to industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement.
