Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for our Preston (PR4) team. The role involves organising fibre installations and repairs, surveying and testing, and ensuring high standards of customer service in outdoor, physically demanding conditions.

You will work around 40 hours per week with occasional Saturdays; travel between sites is required. A full UK driving licence, DBS clearance, and right-to-work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work including lifting and exposure to weather.
• Full UK driving licence required for travel between sites.
• DBS check as part of compliance.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices.
• Must have full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly fibre installation and repair work to meet client expectations.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions to complete multiple installations daily.
• Maintain professional customer service with residents, clients and third parties.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety, providing risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings to drive performance and customer experience.
• Uphold Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
