Dimensions are looking for caring Waking Night Support Workers in New Southgate, London to support 4 individuals with learning disabilities throughout the night at a supported living home. The role will include ensuring that the appropriate support provided is in line with their support plans, whilst also carrying out several key allocated support tasks.
Shift Pattern would be between the hours 21:15 – 07:15.
