A leading care provider in Hereford is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with disabilities and mental health needs lead fulfilling lives. This role involves supporting daily routines, encouraging independence, and helping develop personal skills. Ideal candidates are committed to offering compassionate care. Full training provided; prior experience is not necessary.
JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Blackwells, Hereford (HR4)
SALARY: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour
HOURS: Full time (35 hours per week)
Due to continued growth, we are seeking full time Support Workers to join our team at Blackwells, Hereford!
Blackwells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to 7 adults.
Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
