We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female-Only nights support Worker to provide overnight care. This role involves working waking night shifts to ensure the safety, comfort, and well‑being of the person being supported throughout the night.

The role of the Support Worker/Carer is an opportunity for a pro‑active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The team will be inducted and trained to support people within our residential home. The people we support require support around their daily living skills, health needs and will have a range of physical and/or learning disabilities.
We require a Support Team who is empathetic and non‑judgmental, someone who has experience in behaviour that can be challenging.
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?
Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.
