Job summary

MHC is seeking a female night support worker to provide care and support to female residents at Avalon, LL18 5BN, in a safe and supportive environment.

Due to the nature of the role, applications are restricted to female applicants. You will work with a dedicated team to support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, learn new skills, and understand safeguarding policies. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Ability to support residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life.
• Assist individuals to learn new skills.
• Understand medication procedures.
• Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team of staff who put residents at the heart of the service.
