Voyage-Care in Musbury is seeking a Female Night Support Worker to provide compassionate overnight care at our Axminster service. You will support residents to gain independence and work within a supportive team.

Shifts typically run 20:30–08:00, with enhanced pay for evenings/weekends and overtime. A full UK driving license is preferred; DBS checks and references apply. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license preferred.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support.

Female Night Support Worker – Musbury - £13.56 ph base rate (up to £15.06 ph including enhancements)

Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 20:30 - 08:00

As a Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Axminster is a traditional farmhouse, ten minutes away from the Jurassic coast. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete domestic duties in any spare time.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
