Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Female Night Support Worker to make a real difference across care settings, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will join a compassionate team providing high-quality care and supporting independence and dignity for service users.

The role offers flexible shift patterns and weekly pay, with opportunities for industry-leading training and funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 6 months experience in dealing with challenging behaviours, mental health and learning disabilities in a UK care setting.
• PVMA or CPI training would be advantageous, but this can be provided.
• Flexibility in availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving.
• Administer medication and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans to maintain independence and dignity.
