Active Care Group in Wales is seeking a Night Support Worker to care for an adult client in Burry Port. You’ll provide overnight personal care, assist with bedtime routines, and help reposition and hoist to a chair as part of a 2:1 team.
No prior care experience is required as we offer full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager. This role offers up to 24-36 hours per week on a flexible zero hours contract and regular rolling rotas.

Our client lives independently with a spinal cord injury and has full capacity, meaning he can clearly communicate his needs and guide you in his care. He enjoys:
2–3 nights per week, 8:00pm – 8:00am, 24 - 36 hours available.
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract as care packages can change.
